Real Estate Training Shoot

A home of two cultures.

This shoot was done at very short notice as a training exercise for some of our junior staff. The challenge was simple – take a house that has not been prepped for filming without any props and make it look good regardless. As you can see from the footage, this was a challenge indeed as what we encountered could be loosely described as British, with a healthy dose of Japanese and a splash of Australian.

While we were primarily testing equipment and training our team, we decided to include this video as it’s a great example of how the real-world provides challenges that you don’t often see in a portfolio. Many thanks to John Maguire Consulting for offering up a residence for us to shoot.

Some stunning pieces in this house helped us showcase the ability of our editors and our equipment to reproduce the feelings experienced when walking though this location in real life.
